- Children Allowed – Always welcome
- Pets Allowed – Additional pet fee must be paid
- Events Allowed – Special rates may apply
- No smoking – No smoking inside the house whatsoever, please
- Minimum age of primary renter: 21
- Special holidays such as Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas… ETC has minimum nights required and special holiday rates.
